Ingredients
Scale
Fruit and Liquid
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup ice (optional)
Add-ins
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather all ingredients including raspberries, coconut milk, ripe banana, shredded coconut, honey or maple syrup if desired, vanilla extract, and ice if using. Wash raspberries if fresh.
- Combine in Blender: Place raspberries, coconut milk, banana, shredded coconut, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice into a blender. The ice is optional to add thickness and chill to the smoothie.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend all ingredients on high speed for about 30 to 60 seconds until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and has a light, fluffy texture resembling a cloud.
- Serve Immediately: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve right away to enjoy the fresh flavors and creamy texture at their best.
Notes
- Use canned coconut milk for a richer, creamier smoothie or carton coconut milk for a lighter texture.
- Sweeten with honey or maple syrup according to your taste preference or omit for a naturally sweet smoothie.
- Frozen raspberries can be used instead of fresh for a colder, thicker smoothie without adding ice.
- Adjust thickness by adding more or less ice or coconut milk as desired.
- This smoothie is best consumed immediately to enjoy maximum freshness and texture.
