- Melt the White Chocolate: Place the white chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each interval until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Combine Cream and Chocolate: Warm 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a small saucepan over the stove until it just begins to bubble. Remove from heat and gradually stir the warm cream into the melted white chocolate. Initially, the cream may float on top, but keep stirring until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Chill the Mixture: Transfer the white chocolate mixture to the refrigerator and chill for about 20 minutes to cool down and firm slightly.
